Het was mij een bijzonder genoegen om de afgelopen twee jaar weer met Rob en ons team samen te werken. Samen hebben we opnieuw enorme en geweldige stappen in de juiste richting gezet! Rob ondersteunde ons team bij GKN-Fokker om de A350-organisatie te transformeren naar een echte ‘high move rate’-organisatie tijdens onze ramp-up. Zijn zeer uitgebreide kennis van Lean, gecombineerd met een enorme gedrevenheid en energie, werkte aanstekelijk op het team en hebben geleid tot een enorme verandering.
