After an initial success in the Dominican Republic, the global organization desires to embark on a Lean journey with all its 50+ marine terminals.

Develop and start up global Lean transformation initiative in all marine terminals across the globe.

Phasing and road-mapping (themes and sequence), develop deployment strategy and organization, realize e-learning modules and on-site A3 problem-solving workshops, delivery of workshops in the Netherlands, Belgium, Egypt, South-Korea, India, UK, Philippines, Canada, Senegal, Australia.

On-job training of ca. 250 Lean coaches, coaching of over 35 A3-projects on productivity, asset reliability, and turnaround times, deployed 5S in ca. 30 areas. Developed local Lean managers who further developed local capabilities and multiplied the local A3 improvement initiatives.
