Improve the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the existing installations in two critical production facilities in Sorgues (F).

Development of an agreed definition of OEE and shop floor deployment thereof. Startup of daily stand-up meetings re the OEE loss categories. In parallel, deploy 5S culminating in the first steps in the field of TPM (autonomous maintenance) and related work standards.

Daily OEE reviews resulting in many small improvements that have reduced machine losses. Drastically improved working conditions, better maintained installations, and more involved personnel.
