Develop overall concept, detailed design and implementation of individual kanban loops across operation, develop planning approach and Excel-based tool to support weekly planning process.

Improved control over FG inventory and WIP in between processes (paint, coat, weld), more autonomy on the shop floor with visual control of progress, significantly increased insight into foreseen demand, occupancy of key work centers and required personnel enabling better preparation.
